These Terms govern your use of Twivo Labs (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Twivo Labs provides AI-assisted research, scriptwriting, voiceover and avatar tooling for short-form video creators. We don't guarantee specific business results from using it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure.
- One person per account; agencies may operate multiple brands within a single account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Twivo Labs to:
- Generate content that violates Indian law or another platform's policies (Instagram, X, YouTube, Meta).
- Generate sexual content involving minors, content inciting violence, or disinformation about elections, public health, or identifiable people.
- Impersonate another real person via the avatar feature without their consent.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, abuse the API beyond rate limits, or resell access.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscription, billing, refunds
- Twivo Pro is ₹2,999 per month, billed monthly via Razorpay. GST is included where applicable.
- You get a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
- You can cancel anytime from /billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you contact hello@twivolabs.com. Refunds after that window are at our discretion.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Third-party services
The voiceover and avatar features use your own ElevenLabs and HeyGen accounts. You're responsible for those subscriptions, their charges, and their terms.
6. Your content, our rights
You own everything you upload (past scripts, brand info) and everything Twivo Labs generates for you (scripts, hooks, captions, voiceovers, renders). We claim no copyright over your output.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service (run AI calls, store, deliver renders).
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no SLA. The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
