These Terms govern work commissioned from Twivo Labs ("we", "us"). Twivo Labs is a studio, not a product you sign up for: there is no account to create. You accept these Terms when you confirm a brief and pay for it.
1. What we do
We produce advertising and short-form video for brands — written, voiced and generated rather than filmed, and built around the client's own face and voice. There is no crew, no location and no shoot day. We don't guarantee specific reach, sales or other business results from the work.
2. The engagement
You commission a piece of work at a fixed price. What we sell, and for how much:
- Reel — ₹4,000 per reel. A scripted vertical reel built around your face, grounded in what is already winning in your niche. Hook, captions and hashtags included, one round of changes, delivered ready to post.
- Creative Ad — ₹35,000 per ad. A fully AI-produced brand ad — hyper-realistic and built on your face from concept and script through voice, footage and edit. A complete final deliverable, ready to put spend behind.
An engagement starts when you confirm the brief and the advance is paid, and ends when the deliverable is handed over. A second piece, an extra deliverable or a fresh brief is a new engagement at the same published prices. Reworking the piece you did commission — including a concept that missed — is covered by the revision round in section 5 and is not charged again.
3. What we will not produce
- Content that breaks Indian law or a platform's policies (Instagram, X, YouTube, Meta).
- Sexual content involving minors, content inciting violence, or disinformation about elections, public health, or identifiable people.
- Political content, or medical or financial advice presented as the speaker's own, unless separately agreed in writing.
- A likeness of any real person who has not given us written consent.
We will stop work on a brief that turns out to require any of the above.
4. Payment
Payment is 100% in advance, before we start. It keeps things simple for a small studio, and it means we are never chasing an invoice while your content sits finished. You get a proper invoice for every engagement. GST will be added once our registration comes through.
5. Revisions
One round of changes is included, and it is a real round — retiming, recutting, a different hook, new captions. Tell us what is wrong in plain words on the review link and we fix it. If the concept itself missed, we would rather rebuild it than argue about scope.
6. Face and voice
A face or voice model is only ever built from reference material you supply — photos and a voice sample — and only under written consent from the person whose likeness it is. We record that consent against every asset produced from the model, and we store the exact notice that person was shown.
Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time. We then delete the model and stop new production within 30 days; content already published or delivered before withdrawal is unaffected. The full terms are in our Privacy Policy.
7. Production tooling
Twivo Labs runs the production tooling on its own provider accounts. You never need an account, subscription or API key with any of them, and you are never billed by them. The services we route work through are named in our Privacy Policy.
8. Ownership
You own the finished video outright, for any use you like — organic, paid, whitelisted, whatever. We claim no copyright over it.
We ask only to show the work in our own portfolio. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.
You keep ownership of the material you send us (reference photos, voice samples, brand assets) and grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of producing your work.
9. Liability
The work is delivered as agreed in the brief, but is otherwise provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an engagement is capped at what you paid us for it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force for a piece of work is the one published when the brief was confirmed.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
